+Can Only Students Live in Palmer Student Housing?
An enrolled Palmer student must be primary occupant, but approved additional occupants are allowed. Contact the housing office for more information regarding the additional occupant registration process. -
+Pet Policy
Pets are allowed at 711 Brady, Carriage House, Eight Gables, Perry Hill and Palmer Villas. We allow 1 pet per bedroom. Pet at maturity must weigh less than 60 pounds. Dog breed restrictions do apply. Contact Palmer Student Housing with specific questions or to request a pet application. Fees include $250 non-refundable fee and $25 monthly fee for each dog or cat. -
+Non Smoking Policy
All Palmer Student Housing buildings are smoke and tobacco free environments including electronic cigarettes, smoking tobacco, and using tobacco as outlined in the Palmer Institutional Policy. -
+What Day is Move-In?
Move-in day is typically the Friday prior to the trimester start. -
+What if I'm utilizing financial aid?
Palmer Student Housing offers an extension for the installment due the first month of the trimester (March, July, and November) until financial aid is disbursed. -
+How Long are Housing Agreements?
Initial Housing Agreements are for 3 trimesters. Residents can then renew for 1, 2, or 3 trimesters. -
+When Should I Apply?
Applications open 11-12 months prior to the incoming trimester. We offer housing based on application date and recommend residents applying at least 9 months ahead of their incoming trimester. -
+Is there a Security Deposit?
No, there is a $250 non-refundable reservation fee in lieu of a full security deposit. -
+Are the Apartments Furnished?
Appliances are provided. Residents are responsible for furniture and décor. -
+How Far is Palmer Student Housing From The Academic Buildings?
Palmer Student Housing properties are as close as across the street and as far as 4 blocks from the center of campus.
